After more than twenty years inside corporate operations and mortgage technology, I saw a pattern that never stopped bothering me: brilliant people forced to work inside broken systems. I built EGT Technologies to change that - to bring structure, clarity, and intelligence back into the business systems that shape how people work every day. Because when the process makes sense, the work does too.
From the Inside Out
My career began in mortgage operations, where I spent over two decades learning every layer of how companies really run - from loan sales to system integrations to implementation consulting. Along the way, I became the person people called when things didn't make sense.
Whether it was a broken workflow, an unclear requirement, or a project that couldn't seem to get off the ground, I was the one who documented it, mapped it, and translated chaos into order. That mix of analytical precision and human understanding eventually grew into a full professional discipline - process documentation, business analysis, and strategic improvement.
But after years of watching good people burn out under bad systems, I realized the deeper truth: it wasn't the workers that needed fixing. It was the infrastructure.
That's where EGT began - as a way to rebuild from the inside out.
